Veronica Keithley

Veronica Keithley advises utilities and mining and oil and gas clients on regulatory and natural resource issues with a results-oriented approach. Veronica represents regulated utilities, pipelines, and other entities before the Regulatory Commission of Alaska in rate cases, tariff matters, and investigations. She also advises mining and oil and gas clients regarding regulatory matters, project development, ownership acquisitions, and due diligence.

Prior to becoming an attorney, she managed mining exploration projects in Alaska on state and federal lands. Veronica also provided technical advice and managed compliance programs under state and federal law for utility, seismic, oil and gas, pipeline, and forestry projects.
